On the occasion of New Year 2082 B.S., Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD Auto Industry Co. Ltd. in Nepal, has announced a new customer-focused campaign called “0-5-10”. The campaign aims to provide added value and peace of mind to buyers of BYD electric vehicles.
Under this limited-time offer, customers who book a BYD electric vehicle will receive free servicing for five years. This includes standard annual maintenance along with essential parts like AC filters, brake pads, wiper blades, and fluids such as brake oil and coolant. The service follows the manufacturer’s recommended schedule but does not cover accidental damage or repairs beyond routine maintenance.
In addition to free servicing, the campaign also includes an extended warranty on the vehicle’s battery and motor. This warranty lasts for ten years or up to 200,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. BYD says this is one of the most comprehensive warranty packages currently available in the electric vehicle market.
The offer is valid for bookings made until Baisakh 31, 2082, and applies to all BYD models available in Nepal.

He added that the offer reflects BYD’s ongoing commitment to supporting Nepal’s shift toward clean and sustainable transportation.
