CG Motors to Enhance Post-sales Support for Hero Motorcycles and Scooters in Nepal

CG Motors, the new authorized distributor of Hero motorcycles and scooters in Nepal, is dedicated to enhancing its post-sales services for the benefit of Hero customers.

The company is committed to providing a service that aligns with international standards and extends beyond selling motorcycles and scooters. The company aims to ensure customer satisfaction through its comprehensive after-sales service.

As the new dealer for Hero MotoCorp in Nepal, CG Motors is actively taking steps to tackle consumer issues and is focusing on delivering 3S services. The previous challenges faced by customers, resulting from confusion about the earlier distributor of Hero products, are now being addressed by CG Motors.

To further facilitate the availability of spare parts, CG Motors has announced that Hero's service centres will have parts in stock starting in March.  GM Prakash Devkota, who oversees Sales and Operations at CG Motors, acknowledges a potential temporary shortage in the market due to the lack of spare parts imports for a period. However, he assures that this situation will be swiftly resolved.

In a commitment to customer confidence, CG Motors assures that all warranties will be honored. Additionally, they are determined to address any warranty issues that may have arisen before they assumed the dealership of Hero brand two-wheelers.
