Deepal, the new energy vehicle (NEV) brand under Changan Automobile, has launched in Australia, introducing four models: the Deepal L07, S07, G318, and S05.
On September 11, Deepal partnered with Australian dealer INCHCAPE to create a customer contact center, establish parts distribution, and provide after-sales technical training, enhancing the mobility experience for Australian consumers.
Since its global expansion began in November 2023, Deepal has quickly broadened its presence from Southeast Asia and Nepal to Latin America and the Middle East. Notably, on September 2, the brand unveiled its products in the UAE market. Deepal has entered key markets, including Thailand, Nepal, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia.
In July, the DEEPAL S07 was made available for pre-sale in Mexico, offering all-electric and range-extended versions with 620 and 1,200 kilometers, respectively. The brand also launched right-hand drive models of the S07 and L07 in Thailand last year, marking a significant step in its global growth strategy.
Following its introduction in Nepal a few months later, Deepal set a new benchmark in the country's EV market with the introduction of the S07 electric car.
