MAW Vridhi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd has introduced Foton Motors' 14 and 17-seater electric vans in the Nepalese market at a price of Rs 56 Lakh and Rs 60 Lakh, respectively.
According to the company, the Foton electric passenger van has a battery capacity of 50.23 kWh and a range of up to 235 km on a single charge. It has 85 kW power and 290 NM torque and can be charged at home. The company states that these vans are easy and accessible for daily transportation, making them suitable for educational institutions, hotels, routes, travel, tours, and other organizations that prioritize environmentally friendly transportation.
This launch is in line with MAW Vridhi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd's commitment to promoting sustainable transportation and reducing carbon emissions. It is also a step towards fulfilling the Nepalese Government's goal of achieving 100% electric mobility by 2030.
