GAC Aion's Hyper HT Electric SUV Now in Nepal

GAC Aion's sub-brand Hyper is launching the Hyper HT Electric SUV in Nepal.While CG Motors, the sole authorised distributor of GAC Motor in Nepal, hasn't released specific technical details for our market, the Hyper HT offers four battery options internationally: 70 kWh, 72.7 kWh, 80 kWh, and 93 kWh, with CLTC ranges of 550 km, 600 km, 670 km, and 770 km, respectively.The Hyper HT is available only in single-motor rear-drive versions and six trim levels. The two lower-end models feature motors with 180 kW peak power and 355 Nm peak torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds. The four higher-end models have 250 kW peak power and 430 Nm peak torque, with a 0 to 100 km/h time of 5.8 seconds.In terms of size, the Hyper HT measures 4,935 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,700 mm in height, with a 2,935 mm wheelbase. This mid-size fastback SUV is built on the AEP3.0 third-gen electric architecture. The entry-level Hyper HT includes a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, LED headlights, heated and ventilated front seats, and a 22-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system. The top trim adds features like gull-wing doors, heated rear seats, a parking system, and powered doors.The interior boasts a stylish flat-bottom steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, a large central infotainment display, two wireless charging pads, and a floating center console with ample storage beneath. Rear passengers can recline their seats, use a small footrest, and fold down the front passenger seat for extra stretching room. A full panoramic glass roof is standard.The Hyper HT's main competitor is the Tesla Model Y.
