This pioneering approach in Nepal aims to tackle the prevalent concerns regarding battery life, warranty, and cost, which have been hindering the widespread adoption of electric scooters in the country.

With the Lifetime Battery Assurance, customers of TVS iQube will be assured of a battery life of up to 70% SOH (state of health) as long as they choose and continue to be subscribed to the Lifetime Battery Assurance program.In this scheme, customers can purchase a TVS iQube for NPR 2,99,900. Customers are required to opt for a mandatory 3-year subscription plan. There are two subscription plans for new customers and another subscription plan for existing customers.Option 1 offers a monthly subscription plan of NPR 2,999, providing a three-year battery warranty. After that, customers can extend the warranty for as long as they wish by paying NPR 1,500 monthly.Option 2 offers a monthly subscription plan of NPR 4,999, providing a two-year battery warranty. After that, customers can extend the warranty for as long as they wish by paying NPR 1,000 monthly.For existing customers, they can enter the Battery Subscription Plan after two years only. After that, customers can extend the warranty for as long as they wish by paying NPR 1,000 monthly.

The TVS iQube is available in 2 variants in Nepal – the TVS iQube & TVS iQube S. As per the company, the TVS iQube vehicles have covered a cumulative of 4,11,000 km in Nepal saving 10,275 liters of fuel and 23,762 kgs of CO2 emissions.

TVS iQube offers a real-world range of 100 km on a single charge, a rated top speed of 78 km/h, a choice of ECO/POW mode and acceleration from 0-40 km/h in just 4.2 seconds. Powering the iQube Electric is a hub-mounted electric motor that has a peak output of 4.4 kW (6 bhp) and a peak torque of 140 Nm.
