NGM Hero, the sole authorised distributors for Hero MotoCorp in Nepal, has launched the all-new Hero Hunk 150R at a price of Rs 2.79 Lakh. The motorcycle goes against the likes of Suzuki Gixxer, Honda Unicorn 160, Bajaj Pulsar 150, Yamaha FZ series and CB Hornet 160R.
The Hero Hunk 150R retains its muscular fuel tank with aggressive shrouds and other design elements from its predecessor. Now, adding to the muscular stance is a chiseled rear cowl, sporty headlight with wolf-eyed LED position lamps, and LED taillight with LED light guides. The new Hunk 150R is available in three colors – NH1 Black, Sports Red, and Techno Blue.Equipped with a 149cc air-cooled engine, the Hunk 150R delivers 14.2 BHP of power and 12.6 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle also boasts of a first in category 7 step adjustable mono-shock suspension for best-in-class handling and a broad 37mm front forks for a stable ride. Braking duties are done by 276mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes with an optional single-channel ABS.Hero MotoCorp’s product range in the country includes HF Deluxe, Splendor+, Splendor iSmart 110, Super Splendor, Glamour, Hunk 150R, Xtreme 160R, Xtreme 200R motorcycles and Pleasure, Duet, Maestro Edge, Destini 125 scooters.
