Jeep Compass Night Eagle Limited Edition Launched in India

The Jeep Compass is still due to get a facelift but while that wait continues Jeep has given the Compass yet another limited special edition to celebrate 3 years in the Indian market. It is called the Jeep Compass Night Eagle Edition and it will start at INR 20.14 lakh in India.

The Night Eagle trim’s specs are based on the Longitude Plus trim and edition will be offered with 2 engine options. A 1.4-turbo-petrol multi air engine paired to a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission that makes 160 bhp and 250 Nm and a 2.0-liter turbo-diesel multijet engine mated to a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic transmission that makes 170 bhp and 350 Nm of torque.

The Jeep Compass Night Eagle is being offered in four color options — Vocal White, Exotica Red, Brilliant Black, and Magnesio Grey. It sports a ‘Black theme inside-out, it gets a blacked-out grille, a special badging, window surrounds, and roof railed all painted in black. The new Jeep Compass Night Eagle Limited Edition sits on the same set of 18-inch wheels on this time its all black.

Inside, the car gets blacked-out elements as well. You get black seats with ‘Techno Leather’ upholstery. There are glossy black accents all around that add a premium touch.

The Compass Night Eagle is based on the Longitude Plus trim, which means it is fairly well equipped, with features like an 8.4-inch UConnect touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, push-button start, dual-zone climate control, dual front airbags, ABS, EBD, and Xenon projector headlamps.

The 1.4-turbo petrol variant kicks things off at INR 20.14 lakh. The diesel variant with manual transmission comes in at INR 20.75 lakh while the automatic variant can be bought at INR 23.31 lakh.
