Kaiyi Auto, a Chinese car manufacturer leveraging Chery Group's technical expertise, is set to introduce its X3 Pro EV in the Nepalese market. Scheduled for debut by July 2024, the X3 Pro EV is the electric variant of the compact crossover X3 Pro.
Equipped with CATL’s 53.6 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, the X3 Pro EV boasts a range of 401km (as per the NEDC cycle), while its electric motor delivers 120 kW of power and 280 Nm of torque.
Dimension-wise, the X3 Pro EV measures 4400mm in length, 1831mm in width, and 1653mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2632mm. Its suspension comprises MacPherson independent suspension at the front and multi-link independent suspension at the rear.
Internally, the vehicle offers a spacious cabin, particularly for rear passengers, adorned in an all-black theme. The features include a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with smartphone connectivity, an electric sunroof, dual-zone AC, cruise control, wireless charging, a 7-inch LCD instrument panel, power-adjustable driver’s seat, a 360-degree camera, 4 airbags, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and safety functions such as Hill Hold Assist, Hill Descent Control, ABS with EBD, and Traction Control System (TCS).
