BYD is coming into the exhibition grounds of the Auto Show with the M3. The BYD M3 or BYD M3 DM is a light, commercial and leisure activity, 5-door van designed and produced by the Chinese automaker BYD.
As the name suggests, the M3 is powered by a dual-mode hybrid drivetrain, consisting of a 109hp 1.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine and a 150hp electric motor, good for a combined output of 259hp. BYD claims an 0-100 acceleration of only 7.5 seconds. Range in purely electric mode is 60 kilometer.
