NADA Auto Show 2023: Evoke Electric Motorcycles Launches Two Premium Motorcycles

Evoke Motorcycles, a new player in the Nepalese two-wheeler EV segment, has launched two high-performing electric motorcycles - Urban Classic and Urban S, at the ongoing NADA Auto Show 2023.

Since 2016, Evoke Electric Motorcycles has been a key player in the EV industry. The company, which is based in Hong Kong and has R&D centres in Beijing, designs and manufactures sustainable powertrains and components for international sales in over 18 countries.

Evoke Urban Classic

The Urban Classic features a retro design, LED lighting with classic 7" round styling, a 5.0" TFT high-resolution screen with Bluetooth connectivity and WiFi, multiple riding modes, regen braking, USD forks, disc brakes at both ends with combined braking technology, etc. The Evoke Urban Classic is powered by a high-capacity 10.04 kWh lithium-ion battery pack to produce 25 kW peak power and 209 Nm of max torque.

The Urban Classic is a high-speed electric motorcycle that can go up to 140 km/h and takes hardly 90 mins to charge for up to 250 km of city range and 175 km of mixed range. The Urban Classic has an onboard 3.3kW charger and car charging station support (J1772, Type 2, GBT region-dependent), making charging accessible and efficient.

The Evoke Urban Classic comes with a ground clearance of 130mm and a wheelbase of 1360mm. Similarly, it has a seat height of 780mm. The electric motorcycle tips the scale at 209 kg.

The Evoke Urban Classic is priced at Rs 12,50,000.

Evoke Urban S

The Urban S is a long-distance tourer, with up to 250km range in the city and 175 km of mixed range. Just like the Evoke Urban Classic, the Evoke Urban S is powered by the same high-capacity 10.04 kWh lithium-ion battery pack but it produces 20 kW peak power and 209 Nm of max torque. With an onboard 1.8 kW charger, the Urban S can charge up at any electric car charging station in 3 hours.

Similarly, it has a seat height of 780mm. The Urban S tips the scale at 209 kg.

The Evoke Urban S is priced at Rs 12,00,000.
