NADA Auto Show 2023: Zontes Motorcycles Launches A 125cc Adventure Motard And A 350cc Adventure Tourer

Iron Monk Nepal, the sole authorised distributor of Zontes Motorcycles in Nepal, has launched the ZT 125-U1 and ZT 350-T motorcycles at NADA Auto Show 2023.Launched in December 2022, Zontes initially focused on the small displacement adventure touring segment of Nepal starting with the ZT155-U1, a 155cc adventure motard bike both styled and specced to appeal to motorcycle enthusiasts with several first-in-segment features. The company has now introduced a 125cc version adventure motard and two lightweight adventurer tourers.

Zontes ZT 125-U1: The 125cc adventure motard features a Euro-V (BS-VI) compliant 124.7cc fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, four-valve engine to produce class-leading 14.4 bhp of power and 13 Nm of torque. It gets a six-speed transmission unit with an assist and slipper clutch. The bike which shares its design language with the ZT-155U1 features several segment-first features like keyless control, eco and sport modes, dual-channel ABS, large-diameter disc brakes, all-terrain tyres, aluminium alloy swing arm, dual USB port, etc.  The Zontes ZT 125-U1 is priced at Rs 4,39,900 in the Nepalese market.

Zontes ZT 350-T: Built around a single-cylinder, high-compression ratio motor, the ZT350-T adventure tourer features a 348cc, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, four-valve engine to produce 38.8 bhp of power and 32.8 Nm of torque. The ZT350-T comes loaded with features like LED lighting, keyless ignition, dual-channel ABS, electric windshield, alloy rack, ride modes, dual exhaust tips, etc. The Zontes ZT 350-T is priced at Rs 10,99,900 in Nepal.ZT 310-T: A lightweight adventure tourer, the ZT-310T is powered by a Euro-V (BS-VI) compliant 312cc fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, four-valve engine to produce 34.8 bhp of power and 30 Nm of torque. This has been mated to a 6-speed gearbox which uses a slipper-assist clutch as well. The futuristic-looking Zontes ZT-310T tourer consists of features like, all LED lighting, keyless start/stop, an electrically adjustable windscreen, a TFT full-colour screen, a tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic steering lock, ride modes, etc. The 310T standard variant is priced at Rs 8,99,900 while the single-sided swingarm variant is available at Rs 9,99,000.
