Seres 3 Electric SUV Official Pricing Revealed In Nepal; Priced at an Introductory Rs 47.99 Lakh

MAW Vriddhi Autocorp, under MAW Group, has announced the pricing of the Seres 3 electric sub-compact SUV in Nepal prior to its launch at the upcoming NADA Auto Show 2023. The Seres 3 is priced at an introductory Rs 47.99 Lakh for the Comfort variant and Rs 49.99 Lakh for the Premium variant. This exclusive pricing will only be available while the initial stocks last, says the company. The post-launch price of the Comfort variant has been fixed at Rs 49.99 Lakh while the Premium variant will cost Rs 52.99 Lakh.The Seres 3 is powered by a 52.7 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and paired with a 99 kW electric motor. The Seres 3 claims an electric range of 405 kilometres on a full charge (NEDC). The Seres 3 has a ground clearance of 190mm.In terms of features, it comes loaded with a 10.25-inch multimedia system, a 360-degree camera, wireless phone charging, three drive modes, electrically adjustable seats, automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof, among others. Standard safety features include 6 airbags, lane-departure warning alarm, electric-brake force distribution, hill-descent control, hill ascend control, auto-hold, etc.On the safety front, the Seres 3 will get six airbags (front, side and curtains), ESP, ABS with EBD, Hill Assist and Hill Descent, Auto Hold, Cruise Control, Front Collision Warning, 360-degree camera, Rear Parking Sensor, Traction Control and Lane-keep Assist.[nd_gallery images="40752,40753,40754,40756"]The Seres 3 is 4385mm long, 1850mm wide, 1650mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2655mm. A longer wheelbase usually results in more cabin space. It has a ground clearance of 190mm. The Seres 3 rides on 18-inch wheels. Similarly, it gets a spare tyre too.

Commenting on the pricing reveal, Prashanna Panta, Business Head at MAW Vriddhi, quoted, “Since most of Seres products are exported to European Markets, many exclusive features such as a dash cam, spare tire, offline maps, among others, are present solely in our vehicles in our segment.”
