A one-day training program has been completed in Butwal on the initiative of NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal and Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal. The training program was held in Butwal on the occasion of the 69th World Customs Day under the presence of NADA Chairman Krishna Prasad Dulal. The program was held at the request of Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal, an institutional member of NADA. According to NADA, the training program on tax, customs excise and VCTS has been completed as it is very important for the automobile operators to be aware of the existing tax, customs, and excise systems.The chief guest of the program and Chairman of NADA Krishna Prasad Dulal said that the program has been organized to provide necessary information to the entrepreneurs regarding the problems related to tax and customs. He said that NADA has been conducting such programs in various states for the past few years as it would be more convenient for the entrepreneurs to expand their business.
Mr. Ganesh Bhattarai, President of the program and President of Lumbini Automobiles Association, thanked NADA for conducting its program not only at the center but also at the state level. "Training programs at the state level have also helped in building the capacity of automobile entrepreneurs and resolving tax queries," he said, urging them to continue such programs in the coming days.The training was imparted by Mr. Maniram Poudelju, Chief of Bhairahawa Customs Office, Mr. Dhruv Pandeju, Chief of Inland Revenue Office, Mr. Rajan Kumar VCJU, Chief of Revenue Investigation Office, and Mr. Sahil Agrawalju, Chief Instructor.
A total of 52 member companies of Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal were present on the occasion. Similarly, NADA President Shri Krishna Prasad Dulal, General Secretary Sunil Rijal, Secretary Anup Kumar Baral, Treasurer Surendra Kumar Upreti, Co-Treasurer Vikram Singhania and President of Lumbini Automobiles Association of Nepal Ganesh Prasad Bhattarai, Senior Vice President Santosh Pandey, Vice President Vijay Kumar Gupta, General Secretary Roshan Pandey, Secretary Ramvrasad Velvase, Treasurer Krishna Pra. Bhandari and members Pravesh Bhattarai, Radha Krishna Dheula, and Chinta Mani Pandey were also present.
