The Legacy Begins: Triumph Nepal's Scenic Journey to Bandipur

Triumph Nepal hosted its first-ever group ride, the Triumph Legacy Ride: Bandipur Edition, on December 7–8, 2024. Organized by Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd., the event marked Triumph's official entry into group rides in Nepal.

The ride featured 22 motorcycles and 30 participants, including the Triumph Nepal team. Starting from the Naxal showroom on Saturday morning, the riders enjoyed clear roads, scenic views, river crossings, and an ideal motorcycling route. They arrived in Bandipur just in time for a stunning sunset and ended the day with the traditional Gurung Chudka Naach, celebrating and bonding in the cultural charm of the town.

Day two began with a hike to the Bandipur hills to catch a breathtaking sunrise. After exploring the area, the riders headed back to Kathmandu, completing the memorable adventure.

In our market, the Speed 400 is priced at Rs 6.39 lakh, and the Scrambler 400X at Rs 6.89 lakh, both powered by a 398cc single-cylinder engine delivering 39.5 bhp and 37.5 Nm of torque, with a six-speed gearbox and slip-and-assist clutch. The Speed 400, at 170kg and with a 790mm seat height, is a road-focused bike featuring 43mm upside-down forks. The Scrambler 400X, built for all-road use, weighs 179kg, has an 835mm seat height, a 19-inch front wheel, wider handlebars, and extended suspension travel. Both bikes include ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, ABS, a dual-format instrument panel, all-LED lighting, and anti-theft features.
