The new motorcycle from Royal Enfield has been spied quite a few times on the Indian roads, now, thanks to a brochure leaked online we know that the Meteor 350 will be available in three variants - Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 will be a replacement to the now discontinued BS4-compliant Thunderbird and ThunderbirdX 350 siblings, the 2020 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 sits on an all-new platform, gets an improved air-cooled power plant and features a host of modern equipment.In terms of the variants offered, the Fireball will be the most basic variant which is expected to cost INR 1.68 lakh. This variant gets blacked-out components, a single color tank with graphics, a black engine with machined fins, and colored rim tape. It will be available in two colors – yellow and red.The Stellar sits above the Fireball and is available in three color options – dark red, dark blue, and matte black. This variant gets body-colored components, badges, a chrome exhaust, chrome handlebar, and chrome EFI cover. It also comes with a backrest.  The Supernova will be the most expensive variant and is available in two dual-tone color schemes – brown and black, and light blue and black. This variant comes in a dual-tone color with machined wheels. It also gets premium seat finishes, windscreen, and chrome indicators.All three variants get a feature called 'Tripper Navigation', which is likely to be turn-by-turn navigation. The bike also comes with a new twin-pod instrument cluster. It has a digital readout that displays the fuel gauge, clock, and odometer. It also has a service reminder, ECO mode indicator, and gear indicator. It also comes with Bluetooth connectivity.The Meteor 350 is based on a new J1D platform and is powered by a new 350cc, air-cooled engine with an overhead cam instead of a pushrod setup. It will be mated to a 5-speed transmission. Meteor 350 will be the first next-gen RE product to get this new engine.
