Toyota Raize Bookings Open In Nepal; To Be Available in Four Variants

United Traders Syndicate, the sole authorised distributor for Toyota in Nepal, has announced the commencement of bookings for the upcoming Raize compact SUV. The new Raize is a compact SUV small passenger car that measures less than four meters in length. The Raize can be booked at a minimum token amount of Rs 1 Lakh from any Toyota dealership. The Raize is expected to be priced between Rs 66 Lakh - Rs 73 Lakh in the Nepalese market.
The Raize will be offered in a total of four variants in both manual and CVT gearbox options. The compact SUV gets two engine options - a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that delivers 88 PS at 6000 RPM and 113 NM of torque at 4500 RPM, and a 1.0-litre turbocharged engine that makes 98 hp and 140 Nm of torque.The Raize comes equipped with the latest Smart Assist safety features and plenty of convenience features including an infotainment system with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and fully digital instrument cluster, etc.
The new Raize features a compact body just 4,090mm long and 1,710 millimeters wide. It is equipped with impressively large 17-inch tires and protruding fenders, which provide a sense of power and stability unique to SUVs. The compact SUV boasts a class-leading 369-liter luggage capacity. In addition, there are storage solutions located throughout the cabin, resulting in a highly convenient interior space.
The Toyota Raize will be available in 8 colours -White, White Pearl, Black, Gray Metallic, Turquoise, Yellow, Red, and Silver Metallic. The Raize rivals the likes of the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos in the Nepalese market.
