We were invited to an amazing experience for us at an interactive event held by Jaecoo Nepal. The Dirt Temple X JAECOO Off-road Trail Adventure held at Dirt Temple, Dhulikhel on the 20th of September captured the excitement and innovation of the latest Jaecoo J6 electric off-road SUV.
From the moment we arrived, we could feel the buzz in the air, with everyone eager for the activities ahead. The main attraction was the off-road track where the J6 was put through its paces, and it didn’t disappoint. Watching the J6 tackle steep hills, and deep potholes, and plough through muddy corners with ease was amazing—a true testament to how far electric vehicle technology has advanced.
The off-road track was more challenging than we expected, with sharp inclines, tight turns, and rough patches that tested even the most durable vehicles. But the J6 handled everything effortlessly, gliding over obstacles that would have stopped most cars in their tracks.
We even went airborne for a good couple of seconds on an incline and the J6 stuck the landing and came out just fine. It was exciting to witness how smoothly the J6 transitioned across the track, showing off its power and control. But the event wasn’t just about the J6.
There was so much more to do! After the demo, we couldn’t resist jumping on the ATVs, which took us on an albeit short but fun ride. The go-karting was just as thrilling, with everyone trying to have a go making the whole event lively and fun.
The atmosphere throughout the event was electric. Food stalls lined the venue, serving up various delicious snacks, ensuring we stayed energized for all the activities. With live music playing in the background, the whole place had a festival-like feel, and it was clear that this event was about more than just the J6 — it was an experience meant to be enjoyed by everyone.
Between the ATVs and go-karts, off-roading, and enjoying great food, the arcade games were a perfect way to wind down while keeping the competitive spirit alive. All in all, the event was a perfect mix of adrenaline-pumping activities, fun entertainment, and a glimpse into the future of driving.
What exceeded our expectations was the Jaecoo J6 and its capabilities both on and off-road. It is durable, agile, fast and performs well. We can’t wait to review the Jaecoo J6 in the coming days and congratulate the team for organizing such an amazing event.
