Updated Tata Tigor EV Launched In India

Tata Motors India has launched the updated Tigor EV in India with premium features, an extended range and two new variants.The new Tigor EV gets an ARAI-certified range of 315 km which is 9km more than the ongoing Tigor EV model. However, it continues to be powered by the same powertrain. The updated Tigor EV features a 26 kWh liquid-cooled IP67-rated battery pack offered with a powerful electric motor. The electric motor on the Tigor EV produces 76 Ps of maximum power and 170 Nm of peak torque.Like the Nexon EV Prime and Max, the Tigor EV gets similar multi-mode regen braking, cruise control, an indirect tyre pressure monitoring system via the smartphone app, and smartwatch-integrated connectivity features.Tata Motors India have the largest line-up of electric vehicles in their portfolio. These include the Tigor EV, Tiago EV, Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV Max.
