Yamaha Nepal Launches the RayZR 125 Hybrid Scooter In Nepal

Yamaha Nepal has launched the Ray ZR 125 Hybrid in the Nepalese market at a price of Rs 2,79,900 for the drum brake variant. The RayZR 125 Hybrid comes in four trims: Standard, Deluxe and Premium/premium plus.

The all-new Ray ZR 125 Hybrid is powered by a BS-VI compliant, air-cooled, fuel-injected (Fi), 125cc blue core engine that produces a power output of 8 bhp at 6500 RPM and maximum torque of 10.3 Nm @ 5000 RPM. The engine is paired with a Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system that includes an electric motor for power assist while accelerating from a stop. The hybrid powertrain also offers power assist on uphill climbs.The scooter also gets an automatic start/stop system, Unified Braking System (UBS), and a side-stand engine cut-off switch.
