All-New 2021 Hyundai Tucson Launched In Nepal at Rs 89.96 Lakh

Laxmi Intercontinental, the sole authorised distributor for Hyundai Automobiles in Nepal, has officially launched the all-new 2021 Hyundai Tucson in the Nepalese market.  The all-new 4th gen Tucson is an important launch for Hyundai as the model is among its most popular, racking up global sales of more than 7 million units since its original launch in 2004.

In the Nepalese market, the all-new 2021 Hyundai Tucson is available in four variants in both petrol and diesel engine options – a 2.0-litre petrol motor (154 bhp/192 Nm) and a 2.0-litre diesel (183 bhp/417 Nm). The new Tucson also gets four drive modes – Sport, Normal, Eco, Smart, and three terrain modes – Snow, Mud and Sand.

The design of the 2021 Tucson is a radical departure from its predecessor. Adopting Hyundai’s new ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design language, the all-new Tucson looks futuristic with its 3D parametric-style grille and jewel-like surfaces, ensuring a progressive look. Overall, it features a bigger and wider body than its predecessor. The new Tucson will be available in Amazon Grey, White Cream, Crimson Red, Shimmering Silver, Deep Sea & Titan Grey.

Convenience features include a 10.25-inch infotainment system, Bose premium speakers, multi-air mode, ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, height-adjustable automatic power tailgate, ambient mood lights, Shift-by-Wire and Four-Wheel-Drive system (4WD), large 18-inch alloy wheels, and wireless smartphone charging, etc.

In terms of safety, the all-new Tucson provides an expanded range of Hyundai’s SmartSense technologies including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA), and Rear-Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA), etc.

The all-new Tucson rivals the likes of the Kia Sportage, Jeep Compass, Toyota RAV4, Peugeot 3008, and Citroen C5 Aircross, etc.
