Vaidya Energy Pvt. Ltd. in association with Ather Energy, India’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has announced the official debut of Ather 450X electric scooter in Nepal.

The 450X will come with two battery options, offering a wider range of choices for customers. The 2.9 kWh battery version is priced at Rs 3.85 Lakh, while the 3.7 kWh battery version is available for Rs 4.20 Lakh. The 450X is renowned for its outstanding features, including ParkAssist, AutoHold, FallSafe, a 7-inch TFT touchscreen with integrated Google Maps, a maximum speed of 90 km/hr, and an officially certified range of 146 km, establishing it as Ather Energy’s most popular product in the Indian market.

The company has also inaugurated its Experience Center, Ather Space, in Naxal, Kathmandu. Furthermore, Vaidya Energy is gearing up to open its second Ather Experience Center within the next 2-3 weeks. The new centre will be located in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur.

Ather Space is designed to provide an immersive and informative space for electric vehicle enthusiasts. Visitors can explore the variants of Ather’s bestselling electric scooter, the 450X and experience the future of urban commuting. This launch brings Ather Energy’s cutting-edge electric scooters including the state-of-the-art Ather Grid and will be providing complete service and support for the owners of Ather electric vehicles. To make things easy for the Nepal population, test ride appointments can be conveniently scheduled through the company’s website.

Vaidya Energy is not only introducing Ather scooters but also has ambitious plans to expand its reach across Nepal. The company has already installed Ather’s fast charging point, Ather Grid, at the Ather Space. Vaidya Energy will install 9 more Ather Grids across different locations in Kathmandu by January 2024.
