Great Wall Motors Officially Enters Nepal With Haval SUV Brand

VG Impex Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorised distributor of Great Wall Motors in Nepal, has officially launched Great Wall Motors including Haval SUVs in the Nepalese market. Haval is Great Wall Motor’s sub-brand that specialises in crossovers and SUVs. Currently, the company has introduced the 3rd gen Haval H6, Haval Jolion, and the GWM Poer pickup.
V. G. Impex Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Vishal Group, is the authorized distributor for GWM in Nepal. Great Wall Motors’ showroom is located in Thapathali, Kathmandu, with plans to expand the network to key towns around Nepal in order to provide customers with a premium experience throughout the country. V. G. Impex is also bringing 4S service (sales, service, spares and customer survey ) in compliance with Great wall motors standards, and there are further plans of opening a state-of-the-art service center in the near future.

3rd Gen Haval H6:
Inspired by the company’s ‘Futuristic Simplicity’ design philosophy, the 3rd gen Haval H6 gets a bold styling that is complimented by an aggressive front grill and sleek waistlines. The compact crossover SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine that delivers 201 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. The motor comes paired with a 7-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) and a 4WD drivetrain.
Highlights of the 3rd Gen Haval H6 include LED headlamps with DRLs, LED taillamps, panoramic sunroof, paddle shifters, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, full-colour LED instrument cluster, 18″/19″ alloy wheels(depending upon the variant) Heads Up Display (HUD), wireless charging, dual-zone automatic AC, c95 cabin air filter, an 8-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat with 2-way lumbar support, and leather steering wheel, etc.
The Haval H6 measures 4653mm long, 1886mm wide, 1724mm high, and has a wheelbase of 2738mm. On the safety front, the Haval H6 gets six airbags, ABS with EBD, a 360-degree camera, an anti-theft immobiliser, and Hill-Hold control, etc. The Haval H6 will be available in three colours: Hamilton White, Ayers Grey, and Atlantis Blue.
Haval Jolion:
The Haval Jolion is a contemporary crossover SUV which will be available in three trims and two gearbox options – a 6-speed Manual Transmission and a 7-speed Dual-Clutch transmission. The Haval Jolion is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 147 bhp and 220 Nm of torque.
Highlights of the Haval Jolion include LED headlamps with DRLs, LED taillights, a panoramic sunroof (variant-specific), leather steering wheel, paddle shifters, a 10.25″ inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, 17″/18″ alloy wheels (depending upon the variant), and dual-zone automatic AC, etc.
The Haval Jolion measures 4472mm long, 1814mm wide, and 1619mm high. Safety features on the Haval Jolion include six airbags, ABS with EBD, an anti-theft immobiliser, Hill-Hold control and Hill-Descent control, and Driver Drowsiness Detection, etc. The Haval Jolion will be available in five amazing colours – Blue, Black, Grey, Hamilton White, and Mars Red.
Great Wall Motors Poer Pickup:
The Great Wall Poer Pickup will be available in two variants – Poer Elite and Poer Pilot. Powering the Great Wall Poer is a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that churns out 161 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
Highlights of the Poer include a panoramic sunroof, leather steering wheel, steering wheel bottom control, a 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, manual/automatic AC, and front and rear fog lights, etc. Safety features include six airbags, rear sensors, and Hill-Descent Control, etc.
