The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios has been launched in Nepal at an aggressive starting price of Rs 30,96,000. Hyundai Nepal launched the Grand i10 Nios through a virtual event. The Grand i10 Nios will be available in three variants – Magna (Rs 30,96,000), Magna AMT (Rs 33,96,000), and Sportz (Rs 33,96,000).

The all-new Grand i10 Nios, which is the third-generation model in the i10 family, gets Hyundai’s signature “Cascading Grille” for a much wider and stronger appeal to the front, boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, projector headlamps, shark-fin antenna, and dual-tone R14 alloy wheels.

Hyundai offers the Grand i10 Nios with a 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol engine churning out 83 bhp of power at 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine will be offered in both manual and AMT transmission. The compact hatchback measures 3,805 mm in length, 1,680 mm in width and 1,520 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,450 mm. The Grand i10 Nios comes with a 37-liter fuel tank.

On the inside, the compact hatchback gets a wide and spacious cabin. Features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a multi-function steering wheel, fully automatic temperature control and semi-fabric seat upholstery, etc. Hyundai has also given the Nios a digital speedometer and cluster with embedded MID and rear AC vents.

The safety isn’t ignored either, the Grand i10 Nios packs features such as ABS with EBD, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, and seat belt pre-tensioner with load limiter as standard. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios is available in 6 color options which include 3 new colors, namely Aqua Teal, Alpha Blue, and Titan Grey, and three carried over colors – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, and Fiery Red.
