Mahindra Launches The All-New Scorpio N In Nepal

Mahindra & Mahindra, has launched its much-awaited SUV, the All-New Scorpio-N, in Nepal at an introductory price of Rs 81.50 Lakh and going up to Rs 1.24 crore. The Scorpio-N will be available in two variants and four trims. The special introductory prices are applicable for up to 30th September only.

The Scorpio-N gets a completely new exterior design language. The SUV gets a reworked front grille with six chrome slats, an LED headlight unit, C-shaped housings for the fog lamps, and a reworked alloy design. The Scorpio-N also gets the new ‘Twin Peaks’ Mahindra logo, as seen on the XUV700. From the sides, the upcoming SUV is characterised by a large glasshouse with a chrome outline, large wing mirrors, black wheel arches and door sills. The Scorpio-N is 206 mm longer, 97 mm wider, and has a 70 mm longer wheelbase than the current Scorpio. While the height has gone down by 138 mm, it still boasts a ground clearance of 187 mm.

The All-New Scorpio-N which is built on the company’s new third-generation body-on-frame platform is powered by a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine with 175 PS of power and 370 Nm torque, and it is offered in both 6-speed Manual and Automatic Transmissions, and 4X4 as an option. The SUV also has multiple driving modes, including tarmac, snow, mud and desert modes.

The cabin of the all-new Scorpio-N is spacious and premium. It gets a dual-tone colour scheme with dark-tan and black colours that run across the dashboard and the seats. It gets a large touchscreen infotainment unit with the AdrenoX user interface for connected car technology.  Other features include a Sony 3D sound system, a dual pod instrument cluster with a MID unit, wireless charging, an engine start-stop button, cruise control, six airbags, dual-zone climate control, and more. On the safety front, the Scorpio-N comes with six airbags, ABS, ESC, and more.
