Riding high on the success of the Neta V electric crossover in the Nepalese market, CG Motors will now introduce the Neta X electric SUV in Nepal.

The Neta X is priced at Rs 52.99 Lakh for the Comfort (400km) variant, Rs 57.99 Lakh for the Comfort (500km) variant and Rs 61.99 Lakh for the Intelligent (500km) variant in the Nepalese market.

The Neta X is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor generating up to 100 kW of power. Its 62 kWh LFP battery enables a range of 400 km and 500 km on the NEDC testing protocol.

The Neta X is a facelift of the Neta U Pro, which was also showcased at the NADA Auto Show 2023. The Neta X features a closed grille design with split headlights in the front and through-type taillights in the rear. Additionally, the B and C pillars are darkened to create a suspended roof effect. In terms of its dimensions, the Neta X measures 4,619 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,628 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,770 mm.

Inside the cabin, you have the choice of two interior color options, brown and black. Neta claims that a significant 80% of the car’s interior is adorned with leather materials. The Neta X is equipped with a 15.6-inch touchscreen featuring the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and a panoramic sunscreen. The Snapdragon 8155 chip is typically reserved for use in high-end vehicles.

Once launched, the Neta X will directly compete with the GAC AION Y and BYD Atto 3 in the Nepalese market.
