Jeep Nepal is now offering the Compass Trailhawk SUV at a down payment of just Rs. 25.75 lakhs. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk receives Jeep’s famous Trail-Rated badge certifying it as a highly off-road capable SUV. The Trail-rated SUV builds on the ruggedness of the Compass with new dedicated features, more low-end grunt, and revised styling in a bid to attract hardcore off-roaders.

The Compass Trailhawk brings the 2.0L Multi-jet Turbocharged diesel engine mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission that produces a power of 170hp and a torque of 350Nm. Features included are AWD, Active Drive 4X4 low, engine stop/start, advanced cruise control, built-in navigation, hill descent control, and rock mode terrain along with snow, sand, mud, and auto mode.

There is an anti-glare decal used in the hood for better visibility to the driver, the front bumper redesigned, the approach angle is 26.5 degrees, and the departure angle 31.6 degrees which makes it a highly capable off-roader. It can wade up to 840 mm deep water logs.

Inside the Trailhawk, you get a premium red stitch in the black leather seat. Red touch has been given in different places in the interior. You get a 7-inch instrument cluster with navigation direction that gives information like engine temperature, engine oil, transmission oil, amount of urea in the tank, mileage, radiofrequency, gear select, and voice-activated control for navigation. You get more than 50 safety features, 6 airbags including side full curtain airbag for back seat passengers, rollover mitigation, speed warning system, and others.

The MRP of the Compass Trailhawk is Rs 1.28 crore, Jeep has set the downpayment as low as 20% which equals to Rs. 25.75 lakhs with interest rates varying from 7.25% to 9% and the period of the auto loan set at 5-10 years. Financing partners are Standard Chartered Bank and NIC Asia Bank.
