Helmets Nepal Introduces EMI & Insurance Policy

In a bid to commit itself to the social initiative focusing on road safety, Helmets Nepal has been providing accidental insurance with selected products of over Rs. 5000 since January 2021. The insurance policy formed keeping in mind the importance of the lives of Helmets Nepal’s valued customers is available in three plans contingent on the particular product. The amount of insurance depends on the product that the buyer purchases as different products will have different benefits.

AD Space Available

With Plan A, buyers can get Rs. 500,000 worth of insurance, with Plan B, Rs. 300,000 and insurance of Rs. 100,000 with Plan C.

AD Space Available

Helmets Nepal has tied up with Lumbini General Insurance Company Ltd in providing the insurance, wherein the customers can get medical coverage in case of accidental injury and death. The amount of insurance can be claimed for an ‘insurance eligible’ product one at a time.

Likewise, an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) scheme is also available on all Helmets Nepal products worth over NRs 15,000/- for the credit card holders of various banks. Being the first of its kind in the industry, Helmets Nepal has partnered with top-notch commercial banks such as Siddhartha Bank, Sunrise Bank, Mega Bank, and Nabil Bank.

The EMI is available at zero interest and is available only one time per product. The plans for the EMI service are 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months, depending on the bank’s policy.
