Issuing a press release on February 1st, the NOC said that this revision is a result of an increase in the international benchmark Brent crude which is currently trading between USD 80-USD 90 per barrel. Even after today’s price adjustment, there will still be a loss of around Rs 2.23 billion in the next 15 days, the corporation says.
