The Ferrari Roma was revealed during a dedicated client event held in Italy’s iconic capital. The new mid-front-engined 2+ coupé features refined proportions and timeless design combined with unparalleled performance and handling. Not only is the Ferrari Roma an icon of Italian design, but it also represents the pinnacle of performance in this category, thanks to its turbocharged V8 from the family of engines that have won the overall International Engine of the Year award four years running.
The Roma is powered by a 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with a few changes, it uses the new eight-speed DCT gearbox from the SF90 Stradale and makes 611 BHp. Performance is enhanced over the Portofino and the Roma weighs just 1472kg which means 0 to 100 km/h sprint comes at 3.4 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h comes in just under 10 seconds at 9.3 seconds and the Roma will do 318 km/h flat out.
With its distinctive flair and style, the car is a contemporary representation of the carefree, pleasurable way of life that characterized Rome in the 1950s and ‘60s. The Ferrari Roma offers discerning clients the finesse and refinement that brings the concept of “la Dolce Vita” right up to date.
