The Toyota Hilux Champ variants in Thailand share a single-cab design featuring two doors and a two-seater cabin. The interior is rather simple with black plastic accented by orange details. Notably absent are an infotainment display and any multimedia system, leaving the instrument cluster as the sole source of information for the driver. Basic features include a fan (lacking elaborate A/C or climate control), two cupholders, a power outlet, electric windows, and several storage compartments.

The deck is designed with bolt holes strategically placed for easy attachment of custom accessories using bolts and nuts. For customers seeking personalization, TMT offers information on over 100 accessory manufacturers, ensuring each customer can enjoy a uniquely customized experience.

The TMT presents a selection of eight grades, strategically catering to diverse business styles and applications. Available in both short and long-wheelbase versions, the vehicle offers three engine options: a 2.0L gasoline engine, a 2.7L gasoline engine, and a 2.4L diesel engine. Additionally, an unequipped variant featuring a flat deck is offered. The pricing spectrum ranges from 459,000 to 577,000 baht.

The Thai-spec Hilux Champ is equipped with three powertrain choices— a 2.0-liter petrol (1TR-FE), a 2.7-liter petrol (2TR-FE), and a 2.4-liter turbodiesel (2GD-FTV). The base 2.0-liter petrol engine delivers 137 hp and 183 Nm of torque, while the 2.7-liter petrol engine produces 164 hp and 245 Nm of torque.

The more robust 2.4-liter turbodiesel boasts 148 hp and 343 Nm of torque, enabling a Hilux-matching payload capacity of 1 tonne (2,205 lbs). The entry-level engine exclusively pairs with a 5-speed manual gearbox, while the other two options are available with a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Notably, all power is directed to the rear axle, with no 4WD option currently offered for the Hilux Champ in the Thai market.
