Shasheela Motors, the leading dealer of commercial vehicles in Nepal, has officially agreed with the globally renowned Wuling Motors Holding Limited for the exclusive distribution of Wuling’s electric and other commercial vehicles in Nepal.

Mr. Santosh Khatiwada, the Managing Director of Shashila Motors Pvt. Ltd., informed us that these vans will mark a significant milestone in the collaboration between the two companies. According to the company, these electric vans are designed to be highly efficient for environmentally friendly passenger transport businesses. They are expected to establish a strong presence in the initial days of operation.

The 11-seater electric commercial van marks Wuling’s entry into the van segment in Nepal with an unprecedented warranty of 8 years or 400,000 km. The van is powered by a robust 41.87 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. With a single charge, it offers an impressive range of 300 km, ensuring convenient and reliable travel on a single charge. Its length of 4.9 meters provides ample interior space.

Notably, these electric vans will contribute significantly to the transformation of Nepal’s transportation sector towards electrification, providing a comfortable and efficient alternative in the current scenario. Additionally, these vehicles will play a crucial role in reducing carbon emissions during their operation.
